August 10, 2026 — Maimi, Florida

ElevenX Capital, the venture studio on a mission to launch 1,000 companies, today announced the launch of XForce, its dedicated operating team, and welcomed Michael DeJohn back to the firm as Chief Legal Officer of XForce.

XForce exists to actualize the vision of ElevenX Capital’s General Partner, Anjli Jain: to scale the studio to 1,000 companies and to the 5,000 individuals who want to build, grow, and exit them. At its core is XOS, the ElevenX operating system, which takes every company through four defined stages: Idea (pre-breakeven), Build (breakeven), Grow (profitability), and Exit (liquidity) with the XForce team’s tested, trialed, and proven methods embedded at every stage. As a venture studio, ElevenX doesn’t wait for entrepreneurs; it makes them, and invests in developing the skills of people across the firm so that everyone who wants to be part of the journey of 1,000 has the opportunity to be.

As Chief Legal Officer, DeJohn returns to ElevenX to drive the XForce mission across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Procurement, Performance Management, and Reporting, and will participate in portfolio company board meetings alongside the General Partner. XForce will also unify reporting and governance across the entire portfolio one standard, one rhythm freeing companies to spend less time on redundant tasks and more time building.

“Getting to 1,000 companies is a systems game, not a volume game. XOS is the system, and Michael is the person wiring it into how every one of our companies is governed and run. I’m delighted to welcome Michael back to ElevenX to drive this mission,” said Anjli Jain, General Partner, ElevenX Capital.

“Coming back to ElevenX to build XForce was an easy yes. The mission is clear: 1,000 companies, one operating system. My job is to make sure every one of them stands on a foundation: legal, compliance, finance, procurement, performance that lets entrepreneurs move fast without breaking what matters. I’m honored to lead that work alongside Anjli,” said Michael DeJohn, Chief Legal Officer, XForce.
