ElevenX will determine where it believes anchor companies fit its target profile for its targeted industries. For the purposes of the Fund’s portfolio, target companies must have proven products and revenues of between $0m and $5m and cash flow positive.

ElevenX will look for companies with high recurring revenues that are growing, and which ElevenX believes that it can add substantial value through its performance enhancement tools that it has developed from years of operating and investing in technology companies.

ElevenX focuses on high-growth sectors in Saas, EdTech, Cybersecurity, FinTEch and MS. Many of the larger technology sectors are undergoing major transformations driven by an accelerated wave of digitization. ElevenX will look for companies that follow its investment focus, are in high-growth sectors, and which ElevenX believes provide greater risk mitigation in the long run if coupled with operational execution.
